Ontario Public Health mandated guidelines

We have implemented and follow all mandated guidelines, including additional in-depth training for all of our team. We provide all staff members with full PPE, including disposable masks, gloves and alcohol based sanitizer.

Hospitality Services

We continue to monitor Ontario’s restrictions and guidelines, and will be ready to continue hospitality services as soon as we are able while following all Public Health Mandated guidelines.

Staffing Requirements

All staff, after being thoroughly interviewed and screened, are invited to attend an orientation that includes a hands-on training session at which time we assess and evaluate the individual skill set in order to place them on the most suitable assignment. All staff are Smart Serve certified; health and safety certified and covered under WSIB and liability insurance.  Regular meetings and training sessions are in place at which time we address specific areas and discuss ways to improve the level of service.

There is a Team Leader at each event who possesses excellent people skills and is responsible for communicating with the client and ensuring the best possible service, allowing our client to relax and be
a guest at their own event.  Our Team Lead provides a summary after each event with notes on performance, professionalism, grooming, attitude and general strengths and weaknesses of all of the staff.

We also successfully staff long term requirements such as Maternity, Medical or Vacation leave with some of the major corporations and offer an extremely fair formula should the client wish to hire any of our staff on a permanent basis.
